But we understand every property is different and since were not dealing with typical cookie cutter home our maintenance schedules and plans are individually developed to fit your needs. General Services
General services is billed hourly and covers the simple but necessary tasks for upkeep.
- Mowing
- Shrub trimming
- Debris Clean Up (sticks, dead bushes, loose trash)
- Blowing of the landscape/ driveway (after every service)
- Planting Shrubs or Flowers
Special Services
Special services is billed per job focusing on more advanced problems that require immediate attention.

- Winter Services (Hose covers, basic pest control)
- Lawn care (fertilization, selective weed control)
- Fall Clean Ups
